“The pool area gets super hot/ humid in the summer. The area could benefit from an a/c system or an exhaust system to control the chlorine fumes and uncomfortable temp. Not bad when you're swimming, but if you are watching the kiddios it's not a great guest experiences.”

“We enjoyed our stay even though the hotel was under renovation. We plan to stay again in the future as our plans will have us traveling there again”

“Rooms were a little outdated with a somewhat musty smell but clean. We could hear the shower next door very loudly. Thought it was going to be an issue but it wasn’t. Ample parking. Staff was nice enough but seemed to be distracted each time I went to the front desk but helpful though.”

“This was a very nice and bougie hotel/casino! The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable. We were escorted to our room by one of the staff members upon arrival, so we felt important! The drive to downtown Chicago was not that bad either….only about 20-30 minutes away. It was worth the drive to get some free parking. We will definitely stay again.”

“Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.”

“False fire alarm sounding. Questionable cleanliness of first floor ice machine. Difficult to use computer in computer center. Love everything, else and will return.”

“We had 3 children and the people in the room next to us kept us all up all night. I made a call to the staff at 3 AM asking for some help and nothing was done. We ended up checking out early and not completing our stay.”

“I work the over night shift and was resting. There was an argument about 9pm to the right of where the bed was positioned. I called the front desk to advised. They lady(I didn’t catch her name) seem to not care. She kept saying it was outside. I’m was trying to tell her no, it’s next door. I’m on the 4th floor and I doubt if I could hear it so clearly but she hung up. The. At check out same lady I remembered her voice was very rude and short at check out.”
