The staff was extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant was convenient and delicious overall I would recommend this to anyone and parking was so easy and nice and convenient. The location was easy to find and great, we are going to book it for our 3rd time and would stay here every time we go to San Francisco ! "

"A beautiful hotel with a wonderful, attentive staff. Deluxe double queen room was lovely and quiet. The only potential negative is the neighborhood. Though nicely situated to Union Square and public transportation such as cable cars and muni, about a block in the other direction may be the start of the sketchiest part of the city— an area that was dirty and depressed with a very large, visible homeless population. My family never had an issue with this, but we made sure to stay clear. Nevertheless, I would gladly revisit the hotel. "

"This was a great hotel for the GD60 shows. Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was great. Walking distance to the bill graham center. Plenty of good food options within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again. "
