Scotts Valley, California hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, from eggs, bacon. Sausages and French toast to oatmeal, cereal and fruit options. The size of the beds in a “premium” room with “queen” beds was limited in space and full size beds and a noisy fridge. The staff at the breakfast are was very helpful and courteous like a restaurant experience. Unfortunately we can’t say the same from the person that checked us in, not friendly at all, but everyone else was nice. The immediate vicinity didn’t look safe to walk around lots of empty buildings. "

"The staff didn’t help to upgrade after i mentioned gold membership has free upgrade. Online can see they have better room available. "
