You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."

"The communication between owners was poor. There were several insects within the room. Hidden charges required once arrived the property. I was not notified of check out time until 1 hour prior to check out. "

I complained but the owner didn't want to try communicate through a translation app. This was frustrating but her daughter arrived later at the owner's request and was willing to use the translation app. I asked for a different room and she obliged.
