"The staff at the front desk and the pool/towels area were RUDE. Seem to forget who is paying for the stays and HOW MUCH we are paying as guests. It is evident there is NO CARE for Customer Satisfaction. The Bar Tenders were ALL good and polite. Also - the noise at night from the neighboring properties is BAD and there is no warning given to the guests."

Staff for the most part was very friendly. Not sure why but had to ask for Wash Cloths everyday, they were not delivered when towels were exchanged. Pool was very nice and always clean but feel it closes to early. Beach was always clean with beautiful views. Construction started way too early 6:00 AM"

"Older facility but kept spotless and all in excellent working order. Staff is the absolute gem of the resort- from the housekeeping, servers, bartenders, activities, bathroom asst. food prep you name it each and all with a smile and most delighted to be there. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Entertainment bonuses using both resorts as talent varies. All restaurants including Buffett and specialty were excellent. Did not go to casino- used concierge for excursion and transportation booking and all was amazing. "
