"The hotel is on top of the station which make it perfect and easy to get around
I stay here on every trip to Tokyo area.
The only thing I think they can improve on would be faster access to elevator since it’s on the 10th floor it always a wait and packed elevator "

"Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style).
Laundry available at decent price. "

"Close to the Shinyokohama station and there are many place to eat. Convenient stores are so close. Breakfast was really good variety of food. Room was very small, it was hard to open luggages and not many space to store clothes if you are staying for long time. But overall we enjoyed staying there."

"The property was conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama station but didn’t have many people around which was always nice. The staff always make sure to greet you and you always feel welcomed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The room is nice and has enough space and the best part is that the bathroom is bigger than most standard hotels. Laundry prices are reasonable and the machines are newer and accept IC card which has been very helpful. "
