"Great hotel close to harbour and MTR. Rooms were very clean with fantastic showers. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Pool isn’t heated but otherwise is great. "

Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. In addition, the room condition was awesome and super clean and the air condition was working pretty good too and I could not complaint about it. "

Cons: Room is small and cramped, not even enough room to have my big suitcase open anywhere. It was extremely busy, meaning we had to queue for over 15 minutes to be seated at breakfast - there were often free tables, but they couldn't clear them fast enough. The breakfast itself also wasn't great. "

"Overall, the stay was brilliant. The cleaning staff were very friendly, plus they did a good job cleaning. The room was cool, and was comfortable. When you go outside, there would be plenty of delicious food restaurants. Additionally, there is also a Wellcome store so it was very convenient just in case we were lacking something. "

"Lovely property in Wan Chai. Close to a number of good restaurants, the ding ding stop and walking distance to the Causeway. Quiet rooms. Really excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Air conditioning system was a bit odd; couldn’t figure out why sometimes it was quite chilly and other times warm even when the temp was set to 23C. Overall, a great stay."
