Bed was really hard, almost like the floor!! Very uncomfortable to sleep on, painful. Other guest also smoking and smoke entered venting in our room and we could not get smell of smoke out! My fiancé was devastated and in severe pain when she woke up

Ich würde dieses Hotel immer weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist nett (schwache Englischkenntnisse, aber mit App ist alles möglich). Das Personal ist aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man hat eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr ordentlich und gewissenhaft, immer freundlich, und die Zeiten der Zimmerreinigung sind anpassbar, was sehr gut ist, wenn man mal länger schlafen möchte. Auch die Haussecurity ist nett und immer freundlich. Bestellungen werden per Hausdrohne vor die Tür geliefert und selbst diese ist immer sehr nett und höflich. Wenn man Chinesisch spricht, grüßt auch sie immer ganz nett. In der Nähe, ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, sind Restaurants mit örtlichen Speisen sowie ein KFC. Auch ein kleiner Park ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Internet ist stabil und mit WeChat leicht einzurichten. Klares Fazit: immer wieder gerne.
