“Absolutely fantastic, the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The hotel and grounds are first class. Food in the restaurant and bar is very well presented and delicious. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. If you're ever in Horsley this hotel is definitely worth staying in. A short walk from the hotel is the towers, a stately hall with stunning surroundings. The rates for the room is excellent value for money. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be booking another...
“I chose this Hotel due to the location for a visit to Hampton Court Palace. It was only a short drive to the Palace and Richmond, great local pubs !
Couldn’t fault the Hotel, fantastic breakfasts, fabulous gardens and friendly staff.
Room was comfortable and clean and Bathroom well stocked with toiletries etc.

“Great value next to the airport hotel. Reliable shuttle to the airport and back, just plan for about 30 min travel time. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant food available until about 9pm. ”

“It was nice to stay there but facilties are bit old especially for the water tap which was seperated hot and cold water when i need to wash my hands. But nice bed and it was cozy there. But as I said facilities are basically old and they've got to change the towel and some of facilities to new ones.”
“Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel”
