"Amazing artistic surroundings, the public spaces are decorated beautifully, it was lovely to spend time enjoying them. The massage was superb too as well as the daily Japanese breakfasts. We stayed 6 nights and it was so nice to come back to the hotel every night to relax after being out on the islands to see the art."

"The location to the ferry can't be beat. The staff was excellent, especially Minh, and what can one say about the fabulous Max. The rooms were comfy in our traditional tatami suite. Excellent breakfast as well..Hands down, the best bagels in Japan. Arigato Max and staff!"

Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay."

"予約済みでこれからチェックイン、という時に急いで問い合わせたいことができて代表番号にに電話をしましたが、自動音声になって「宿泊の予約はインターネットで…」のようなトンチンカンな案内をされたのがとても不便だった。 その他清潔、スタッフさん、部屋や大浴場、素敵でした。 コテージに宿泊しましたが、眺めがきれいで赤ちゃんへの備品も充実していてびっくりしました。"

"An amazing hotel. The staff was very helpful and there was free access to the onsen nearby. Laundry machine access was free as well. The rooms were very spacious and had very functional furniture."
