"The hotel was lovely. The Onsen was gorgeous, with view on the mountains. Everything was well maintained, staff very useful, bus stops are also close to the hôtels if you need to get around and do not have a car. We loved this place"

"Quiet older and refined Luxury hotel. Yes it is a bit dated. But the services and staff were not. Made to order breakfast. Comfortable room with EXTRA attention to detail like having pajamas for you. Room sanitizer in the room. Too many amenities to list. Only complain was they need more staff with better English. I will be back. I even extended my stay."
