"The hotel is excellent.
But there are a few things we really did not like.
If you try to call the reception, they hardly can speak English, always sorry, only Japanese.
Then we lost our bag in the bus and asked the hotel after checkout to help us claim the bag, they just send us a phone number for the bus station, I could look this up myself. And I even tried to call the bus station, but they only speak Japanese, that’s why I have ask the hotel to help us. Luckily our next hotel in Sapporo called the bus station and we got our bag back.
Finally the dinner is super Westernized. If you expect a full Japanese buffet, don’t go there, unless you want to eat Mac and cheese… and French fries…"
