"This COULD BE a great local hotel. It's close to downtown, in a relatively quiet location, with some green space. Unfortunately, the manager is not on site, the room was dirty, the shower did not work, the air conditioner/fan did not seem to work, the grounds are poorly maintained, and I was charged more than I was quoted. Because the manager was not on site, I was not able to get a refund for the difference."

"We loved being able to walk downtown to restaurants and events. Very nice hotel. Strange key card policy for security especially cumbersome when checking out. Weird loud car Racing downtown on Friday night made it hard to talk at outdoor patios and bars. Apparently the police and city of Mankato do not have a Noise Control law?!"
