“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”

“Unser Zimmer 103 hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es wirkte ungemütlich, zusammengewürfelt und wenig gepflegt. Besonders störend war die extreme Hellhörigkeit. Geräusche, Gespräche und Videos aus dem direkt angrenzenden Innenhof waren so deutlich zu hören, dass es sich teilweise anfühlte, als würden die Personen im Zimmer sitzen.
