"Property was clean a tidy, was a little dated but still nice, view over Siena from the terrace was stunning. Staff were helpful and friendly giving us a map and guide of places of interest in the town. Included breakfast had great options and car park was convenient and safe."

The location is unbeatable, four major sites are less than 10 mins walking. We loved the vending machines for a quick drink! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Siena. I understand that the concept and vibe of the place are meant to feel historic or classic, but for a property of this level, the bed should match the quality of the rest of the experience. Upgrading the mattresses would make a big difference."

"Spacious apartment - loved having a separate living space and bedroom so that when one of us was up earlier or later than the other, we could move around without waking them up. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location is great - loved having the town escalators right next to us for easy access to the top of the hill. San Domenica was a short walk up the stairs and it was easy to catch the bus there to the train station (not the easiest walk with luggage but still very do-able!). "
