I love this place! I love the fact that you don't sign for every drink and meal you eat. You don't have to think, everything is done for you. Just unwind. If you are a type A that needs an explanation and reason for everything, this is not the place for you. If you want to de-stress, take a yoga class if you want, relax around a pool and chill - this is your place - no TV. Just peace. Bring your books or kindle and unwind.

This was the most amazing property I’ve ever been to for every reason. There was natural and architectural beauty, the rooms were amazing with huge ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a plunge pool. 10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help. The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!

This resort just opened and it is luxury and service at its best. Modern, sleek, with excellent service. Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.

The hotel is definitely a bit dated but it is clean and funky. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic (don’t miss Taco Tuesday!!) but every meal was yummy and good value! The beach is lovely and the hot spring spa pool is to die for— just be sure to check the schedule so you know when it is really hot from the refilling. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

I had an amazing time! The staff at this property were above and beyond. From the concierge, reception to the pool and restaurant staff were AMAZING. Erik was súper profesional and polite. Resort is even better than it appears in the photos...how often does that happen? Lots of niceties like the free minibar (re-stocked daily), "treats" at the pool...fruit on a skewer, frozen fruit pops, soothing aloe treatment and sample cocktails!! The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.

The resort was located just West of Cabo Downtown. Far enough out that you had a quiet secluded beach to walk and enjoy the crashing waves. No street vendors, so it was extremely peaceful. A quick 10 minute taxi ride and you were in the heart of the downtown action. Highly recommend this resort. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!

This was by far our favorite vacation yet. The resort's focus to detail to make everyone's stay amazing, was a huge success. Our room, the view, the pools, the food, and the service, couldn't have been any better. We ventured off the resort once, and immediatly regretted it. Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!
