"Very disappointing stay at Divya Sutra Plaza in Vernon, BC. We booked a pet-friendly room for one night, but the cleanliness was far below expectations. The room was extremely dirty — the carpet had stains everywhere, the entrance had dust, crumbs, and garbage, and it looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a water spill near the front door, and when I used a towel to dry it, the towel turned black from the dirt on the floor. The towels smelled oily and did not...

"This is newly updated, very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, and across from grocery store. Would definitely stay again."

"The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay."

"Clean but very noisy from traffic. Put the softer better mattress in the 2 bed ones in the front area away from the road and then i would rate the hotel higher. Our toilet made some really weird noises after flushing and had to remove lid to fix."
