“The property is beautiful but if it’s advertised as a beach front it would’ve been nice to know that we couldn’t swim or walk on said beach. Instead we had to book a car for $120 USD to take us to a beach that was 30 mins away. I asked for my room to be decorated for my 40th bday they said they would do it and didn’t! “Put in the reservation/booking notes we were celebrating our baby moon and wedding anniversary and would be interested in a room upgrade. When we arrived no congratulations, acknowledgment of notes at all. When I asked about a room upgrade I was told I had to call Hilton directly which I found strange.
