"Great location in center of the town and across from the beach. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was wonderful!"

"The Garage is a lovely place with lovely people! My husband and I stayed here for just one night but would’ve loved to stay longer if we could. Our studio was super cozy and clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook/prep a meal. Bathroom was neat with great shower pressure. The grounds are also pretty, with a beautiful waterfall in the background. There was a hot tub that looked nice but we didn’t end up using it, unfortunately. Anna was very welcoming and offered us slices of a delicious almond cake she had just made. We’d definitely return, highly recommend!"

The water in the shower was very low pressure and variable down to no flow at all at times 🙁 Other than that, the room was very comfortable and it is in a great location. It is pricey and breakfast at $32 per person is steep, but that seems pretty standard in this part of Iceland at this time of year."
