Not ironed towels hard and very creased ,the crack in the wash basin ,dirty skirting boards. The lady that we saw briefly one morning was asked to replenish the tea, coffee, didn’t happen she didn’t vacuum one day she didn’t even wipe the sides unfortunately the room we had let it down badly but it was room 13 😱 Now the staff in the hotel were absolutely wonderful we couldn’t have...

“Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax.”
“We were here for a wedding. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
One word of warning, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on a floor serviced by a lift”
“Our stay at the White Lion was fantastic! From checking in to checking out after a 4 day stay the staff could not have been more helpful. They were friendly & professional. The hotel is very well presented, clean, bright and bustling with happy customers. Our room was stylish with a beautiful toilet/shower room. Food was excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!”
