“We had a decent stay but there were a few issues. The room had an odor and the safety light would turn on whenever we moved in bed, which was disruptive at night. We did mention both issues to the hotel but they were not resolved during our stay. Also, the pool requires a reservation 24 hours in advance to get a sun-bed, which was inconvenient.”

Breakfast seatings needs to be managed better as seats often assigned to patrons are then taken by others , lifts were often out of order and slow and it’s very much still a building site in the surrounding car park and other parts of the hotel.”
