“Plastic bags cover hotel signs, paint cans and debris in main hallway near the elevator, carpet in the elevator torn, hallways dimly lit, room had large cracks in the ceiling and walls that were simply patched over, bathroom appeared to be OK. Overall not 8/10 or 10/10 as the reviews suggest.”

I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. “The room was very nice and staff were wonderful. In all honesty I would not recommend staying there when it is really cold. the room was 42 when we arrived and She had to bring in 2 electric heaters to bring room temperature up to 68. But if you like historic like we do it's beautiful”
