"No complaints about the hotel, except English lacking. My complaint was that I booked an extra room for my fiance's parents. When we arrived, we told the desk that unfortunately her parents were ill and couldn't make it. We asked for a refund, and was told NO. We asked if we could have the credit applied to our meals, and they said NO. So, it was not a nice goodwill gesture on their part. For this reason, I would NOT recommend the hotel."

The restaurants in the hotel has a weird vibe, no one is ever there, pretty empty.. it’s hard to order a grab or order food delivery because grab doesn’t allow their driver to enter this area.. you’d need to take the taxi out.
