"All'arrivo non era presente nessuno. Un' ora di attesa. La camera per non fumatori puzzava terribilmente di fumo ma non è stato possibile cambiarla in quanto dopo aver ricevuto la chiave la receptionist è sparita fino al giorno dopo. Non vi era mai nessuno. Non vi era carta igenica, ho dovuto prenderla dal carrello dell'addetto alle pulizie abbandonato in corridoio. "This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.

"Enjoyed our stay.very clean and quiet property, rooms are a bit small but that’s common in Korea. First time in South Korea and this hotel is very convenient and very affordable compare to some other hotels. Subway station is about a 5 minute walk and lots of food around the area. There is also airport shuttle that goes directly to Incheon international airport and cost about 17000 kwon per person much better than taxi. Highly recommend. "
