โThe welcoming team upon arrival (especially Lusna already started my overall positive experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready. โ3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. โ

โThe members of staff were nice and their responding was not bad. Room is spacious and amenity was set. I got lots of ants bite (I am not pretty sure if they were by ants or mosquitoes). "I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."

The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic.
However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff.
We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said they would process it soon and just made us wait.
We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away.
The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time.
I hope that he will be punished accordingly."
