사우스브롱크스, 뉴욕의 웨딩 호텔

“I was in town for a wedding nearby and booked this hotel because it advertised free local shuttle. I called ahead to ask for a shuttle from the train station and was told it was not available. I also asked for a shuttle to the wedding venue, and was told that there is someone available, but they do provide transport to other venues… which seemed petty and does not affect the other venue, rather it affects the guest who chose to stay at your hotel and now has to arrange and pay for another ride....

“The hotel seemed dirty. The front desk was very unfriendly. It was my daughter's 30th Birthday and I called ahead to ask them if they could do something special for her. That day came, and nothing was done. I would not stay there again, it is not a 5 star hotel it is more of a 3 star in my opinion”
