“Everything was first class, from the check in at reception, to the splendid room. To the Bar and restaurant and then the ease of parking and check out!! Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! They could however improve the beds. They need replacing with more modern ones like other hotels already have done.”

“Stayed on the third floor, small room, plenty of space, the room was clean with no damage, shower worked great. There was a fan in there which is helpful in the summer, didn’t have any noise complaints to make. Only stayed for one night so can’t come in on much else, the room key can be used for the front door when reception is closed after 10 pm and be aware that the keys go in the door horizontal rather than vertical and they also turn anticlockwise which takes some getting used to....

“The property, with parking on the driveway, is opposite the lovely Central Park and an easy walk down to the Hoe. We were made very welcome and enjoyed a good breakfast. The “Narnia” en-suite was ingenious. The beds were comfortable and the room, despite being on the front of the property, was quiet.”

“We were on the 3rd floor twin room,found last set of stairs narrow and very steep 60+ room small. Breakfast excellent staff great”

“Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back”

“Me and my family stayed for two nights it was ok . The first morning was greeted by the breakfast lady and was told to go bar, no food available and tbh it wasn’t the best atmosphere was treated like a hindrance shame as it was the first impression and when you get a 5 year old ready for breakfast and was waiting around for hours was not a good start to the day . The next morning food and tables available but again same lady no tea coffee shambles again felt like a hindrance. Other than...
