"Overall pretty good experience. I read the reviews and was a little concerned but no. The rooms are not as small as people described, the staff was really helpful, it was super well located, and the pool and bar downstairs were amazing. I had to work from the hotel for a few hours and they have a nice mezzanine that you can work from while look at the ocean.
A few cons: the towel changing situation need to shift. I get that they want to save water and the environment but if we ask for towel change, they need to change. I had to ask multiple times on the same day for that. The service in the restaurant downstairs was really bad, waiting time would be 1-1:30 hours.
Otherwise I will stay here again. I had an amazing time. And hotel fully embraced the World cup spirit.
