"Clean room. Great customer service. Great pool facilities for kids. Good breakfast, wish it had crepes!"

"The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome. Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice."

"Was a great stay, enjoyed the separate lounge room to the bedroom. I thought it was great value for $6xx for the night with the valet parking and executive lounge included. Plus the buffet breakfast the next day is great. Would be keen to go again."
