"The place smelled horrible. The elevator broke. The bed was damp felt unclean. Breakfast was burned meat gym was closed."

"I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad."

"Parking was a nightmare! Several people were double parked. There was 3 big box trucks in the parking lot taking up spaces. I ended up having to park out on the street. The ramp (sidewalk) coming from the road was awful! The concrete was cracked, inwhich couldve lead to someone tripping. "

"The hotel was alright. The staff was ok. Just attention to detail is a key. The cleaning staff forgot to put wash clothes in the room. I asked the front desk staff to help with issue but I never got the wash clothe. No one called to verify the issue too. If I had to go back to Austin, I would most likely stay some where else."

"The room was pretty small but other than that everything was alright."

"Breakfast was good but too short because we had to leave on the airport shuttle. We noticed that the breakfast set up was the same as at our previous hotel the Best Western in Temple TX. The staff was very helpful with finding a place to order dinner. Her directions were good and our pizza was delicious. "

"I would never stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone looking for temporary housing. The experience was horrible from start to finish. Every time I tried to open my room door, it would take 3–4 attempts just to get inside. On top of that, there was constant knocking noises 24/7. At first I thought it was construction outside, but the noise was actually coming from somewhere around the bathroom area and continued all through the night — even at 1–2 AM. It was extremely annoying and made it hard to rest. The only male staff member working there was also very rude and inconsiderate. I was recovering from surgery and had a catheter in, barely able to move around. The first night there wasn’t even any toilet tissue provided. Later when I needed clean towels, he made me go all the way upstairs to bring down the used towels. After I struggled to do that, he refused to take them because he thought there was blood on them, when it was actually pink surgical soak from my recovery. I even explained that one towel may have had blood on it, but he still made me go get it just to refuse it anyway. I ended up throwing it away myself. Overall, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and completely lacking compassion or professionalism."
