"At check in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was fabulous! Marvelous view of downtown Miami with sunset. We really enjoyed the pool and having a mimosa at the outside bar. Breakfast right on the bayside was charming. And the Baia SPA not to be missed! I treated myself to a massage and it was superb!!"

"Beautiful clean hotel. However, I got charged for a restaurant bill, Sugar, that my husband n I did not even go to. I suggest asking the guest for their room key to verify they r a guest in the hotel. Giving the hotel room # is not enough. We ate breakfast at Quinto n we were asked for our room number. Anyone listening can use this same room number."

"Clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff personable and friendly. Airport shuttle bus driver assisted me with my bags all the way to my room, that was fabulous (I’m old)! "
