"Upon entering the hotel we immediately observed cleanliness and that translated to our room as well. There were three (adults) of us so space was very important and our suite was right on point. Housekeeping kept our room changed and cleaned everyday which we didn’t experience in our hotel in Lakeland last year. So as a result we requested our same room for next year! 💯"

"Avoid this place. Disgusting and sketchy as hell. The photos online are not an accurate representation of conditions there. I got a suite hoping it would be better than a standard room. Wrong. The white bed spread had massive body fluid stains all over it. I used one pillow off the bed and slept on the vinyl couch. At least it looked halfway clean. The bathroom was unclean and in poor condition. There is only a simple ceramic sink hanging off the wall. No vanity with countertop to be able to set your things on. I would have left but it was a pay in advance thing so I would have lost about $250."

"Staff was helpful and always working to make an agreeable outcome for us! Gym lacks in equipment. The hotel rooms and lobby are probably ready for a refresh - overall, clean though. Also, had to pay for parking to a third party…that seemed strange."
