As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. ”

“Expedia will tell you that there is an airport shuttle. When you try to request the Shuttle, the hotel will tell you that they have not offered it for six months and they will in no way assist you. Then they will be rather rude and make you feel like they are going to stalk you during your stay if you complain.”
