"The hotel itself was nice. Bed was comfy. Everything looked clean. I didn't realize that overnight parking wasn't free, so that's something to keep in mind. Also the shuttles from the airport, are slow. You just have to wait a while after you call. "

"I am generally a really big fan of the Sofitel family of hotels and The Sofitel Rittenhouse is no exception. Great location (it's in the center of everything) and superb service. It is an older hotel, so the rooms are little dated and there is obvious wear and tear on the furniture, but the beds are still the best beds to sleep on in the industry (in my opinion). If you don't mind a little retro charm to your hotel, then this place is great. "
