“We had a great stay at the Omni! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. Self-parking was simple, just a few steps away in the garage.
We did have an issue with the iron not getting hot, but when we called the front desk, they immediately brought up a new one. We also requested a refrigerator since the room didn’t include one, and they brought it up quickly and let us keep it for our entire stay, which was a huge plus.
Another big highlight was that they allowed us to check in...
