“The property was clean, and newer-looking. The location was great. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Easy access. A lot of amenities around. Breakfast was surprisingly lacking. I would use this hotel again anytime I travel to Louisville. ”

“Terrible. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, not only was I awoken all through the night because the walls are paper thin. The neighbors continued to hit the wall right at my bed causing me to wake up multiple times, including waking up my daughter. Then, in the morning I go to shower and the bathroom is freezing, because there is no way to heat it only the room and 1 thermostat. Sadly I took the complaints to Management but they refused to speak to myself or Expedia. Despicable ”

“Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....

“The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...
