The location is decent—about a 20-minute walk from the conference venue—and there is a nearby street with some dining options. The staff were generally nice, but I experienced three very negative situations: The heater/air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to sleep well during our stay. One night, the room next to ours had incredibly loud music. It seemed like they might have been using drugs. The front desk sent a staff member to knock on their door and ask them to lower the music, but they ignored her. There was no security to handle the situation, which was concerning. One day, I returned from a run around 11:10 a.m. It was very cold, and I asked for a hot coffee. They refused because service ended at 11:00 a.m., even though the employee was still there and not busy. Overall, while the staff were polite, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inadequate handling of disturbances made the stay disappointing."
