"The shower floor was quite slippery. It would be better to have the soaps near the shower head; I suspect the slipperiness was due to soap dripping where there wasn’t enough water flow to wash it away. Otherwise, clean and comfortable."

"While the lobby, halls and common spaces look great, the room was a little tired. Cheap furniture, fixtures and finishes on the 25 year old construction take away from a nice experience. Staff are generally pleasant, but the bell hop was the only one showing some charm and enthusiasm. The shuttle was not a convenience as we were told to expect up to 15 minutes, we waited 20+ minutes and could have walked to our destination. The driver was having a bad day (week?). Overall, sure it's nice, but not as great as the cost implies."
