"Super clean. Staff were helpful. Room service as quick and easy. Used the laundry room and that was also clean. My kids used the pool, it was a good size but it was freezing cold. Overall though, would stay here again. Super convenient location."

"Nice hotel for the price. Amenities were all pretty good, although the hot tub could’ve been a little bit warmer than it was, but overall was good. Staff very pretty friendly and helpful as well."

"This is a splurge, but I really enjoy the Fairmont. Staff is very nice. Spa is one of my favorites if you take advantage of the 3 hours before or after in the thermal pool/relaxation areas, golf is amazing but oh so pricey, food in delicious, rooms are beautiful but very small, especially the bathroom. This being our second visit in ten years maintains the quality and experience are lovely, and why we will likely return ten years from now :)"
Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown Hotel

"The hotel is centrally located, but at the time of our visit, there was massive street construction that was very noisy. We were able to move to a higher level floor to avoid hearing the construction. The room was very comfortable, but the air conditioner was not able to regulate the temperature and froze up. We had great experiences with the staff and the pool, hot tub and exercise room were very nice amenities."
