โUpon checking in, I told Sharone it was our 44th Anniversary and we come to The Omni after spending the day at the KY State Fair. This was our 6th year returning. Not long after we were in our room, we heard a knock on the door.
It was Sharone with a gift bag and two 4 gold balloons, denoting our anniversary! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bobโs Steak House at the Omni. Service was super and the dinner superb! โ
โThey seem to be updating rooms, mine was pristine. Clean hotel all around. 0 signs of mold or bugs as other reviewers have mentioned. Room service was at my door within 15 minutes of ordering. Friendly staff. Great time all around. โ
โThe Baymont is a great property. We especially liked the breakfast options and our room. Our only issue was the pool area โ there is an โexitโ door in the pool area to a smoking area outside. The door itself slams shut every time someone goes through the door, so hard, that I was waiting for the glass on the door to break. It is in indoor pool so the slam echoed very loudly. โWe really enjoyed the hot tub and the other guests were very friendly. Beer wine and liquor available. Plenty of snacks also available. Parked next to front door. Uber driver was quick and friendly. A little far from downtown but was already aware. Would recommend โ
โThe hotel had a luxurious feel to it and everything was very clean! Food at The Stadium was delicious, our beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was quite spacious with a jet tub and a shower both.
My only areas for improvement would be to offer a more affordable restaurant onsite--"19" looked great but was out of our price range-- and to have more consistent bar/food staff at the pool during the weekdays.

โThe front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition.
