"Rooms have been clean and tidy at each of our 3 stays here. We are only here for Mayo appointments and have had no contact personally. They obviously know what they are doing. We needed just a bed and nice bathroom. and deserve 5 stars. Parking is VERY convenient as we are there with handicapped person so parking has been GREATG."

"We paid extra for covered parking but there weren’t enough spaces. Their garage was almost always full. Frustrating to search for alternative parking late at night. Staff was helpful and refunded our parking charge."

"Under heavy construction and cleaning. Seems they had water damage that was being repaired. Alot of industrial equipment and loud fans throughout the halls making passing through difficult and noisy. "

"The breakfast area had a smaller selection. There were no high chairs and when asked the staff said “nope, no need for them. Feed them on the couch.” We also asked for a tray to bring some food back and a different staff member told us “trays were unnecessary and we should be lucky they allow us to bring food back to the room today.” So two days in a row of unfortunate breakfasts. The rooms were older, but still clean. The hotel was older, but average overall. "

"They have a great continental breakfast, and Famous Dave’s right through the Lobby. There is a small exercise room, a pool & a hot tub. It is comfortable, and the staff is courteous & accommodating. "
