“The hotel is great, but the Main Street in Laconia is dead”

“Hotel was good value for money and in a nice area with easy access to lots of restaurants etc. coffee and tea available at all times and muffins in the morning. It was very worn but clean and super quiet. We would stay again when in area. Staff was very nice and even located us to return a dropped credit card and deliver extra towels.”

“Staff and location were great. Parking was a little off since it’s on a Main Street and people don’t stop. I was sad to see the pool not operational, but the room was super clean and quiet. Beds were comfy dressed nicely. AC was tip top and the room kept us cool during night-night. Result; will certainly stay here again. ”

“When i check in, receptionist was not kind.. it was ok even not kind, but whatever i request her something, she always said NO or WE DONT HAVE.. Hotel does not have plastic fork, spoon, hot boiled water..etc.. And main thing was cleaness and smell at room. I didnt realize what is this smell, smell like not clean bathroom smell, it was 1st floor anyway.. I coulnt sleep and feel very uncomfortable. Hotel should do something for this.. buy some fragrant or ..... hu.. i am not going to use this...
