"The beds were super comfortable. When one partner moved, the other was not rocked. The only recommendation I would have would be to separate the light from the bathroom interfering with the one still in bed.. There needs to be some type of separation such as a door. Otherwise we were very satisfied with our choice of the Springhill suites."

"The room was very clean and surprisingly large. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was simple, there were no changes during our stay, but there was enough that we felt satisfied. The laundry facilities were clean and always available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, so close to downtown and some great restaurants. I would absolutely boom there again."

"Pool and hot tub were inder going maintenance bit we didn’t knock the hotel for that. Onsite laundry was helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Only knock is the carpet in the hallways look really old and worn."

"Hotel was maintained ok, I have seen better maintenance by Hilton Tru. The entrance into the hotel had some fall decorations, but they could have been kept up better~looked a little run down. The bathroom floor wasn't very clean, but the rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was minimal, the only fresh fruit were apples and oranges placed in a bowl. There were no muffins, danish etc, only sliced bread and bagels. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions of places to dine."

"Oh my gosh I can’t say enough positive things about this place (staff mostly) My fiancé and I stayed here a few weeks ago and I booked it for his birthday. I was messaging the staff ahead of time and they actually asked what his name was so they could write a card. When we walked in there was a hand written card, along with little rose petals, candles, a couples game to play, and more. Those special touches meant the world to me. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to have an unplugged relaxing night. It’s the most unique place I’ve stayed and truly allows you to relax. Thank you so much to the team"

"Very convenient location to downtown. There was a lot of construction happening at the site so the parking lot and surroundings were not as nice as they could have been however they are making improvements so it is understandable. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were more than adequate. Also a good diner walking distance across the street."
