"Clean and modern rooms. They closed the tim hortons and mary browns on site which is upsetting. No options to eat after 10pm."

"The hotel is great for a stay, but old and the fine details are lacking a bit. Our room on the third floor was showing signs of wear with a delaminated bathroom door and a weird bathtub that felt like you were standing on a cushion. The room was clean and well appointed. I had the delux king and the rate was reasonable "

"Great location with easy access to lots of shops and downtown attractions. Lovely, helpful staff. Nice rooms with an awesome view of downtown. Would stay here again."

However we had an awkward and unprofessional moment when staff entered our room without knocking expecting us to be out of the room (“checked out), while we still were in the room. No apology was issued by that staff. Also hotel doesn’t provide any complementary umbrellas. "
