"Check In was a breeze. The woman was nice friendly but the room the TV can only get one channel there was heat, but you couldn’t adjust it and it blew very hot constantly. You couldn’t open the window because it was broke. There were no extra blankets and to top it off there was no hot water so you couldn’t take a shower or a bath. "
