"Check-in was great. The room was absolutely horrific. I travel a lot and this was the dirtiest room I had ever stayed in. My feet and my dog’s feet turned black within a half hour. The maid did not bother to mop and it was hard floor no carpet. It was sticky absolutely horrible. It came down to me taking my vinegar and water that I used to clean my dog bowls with and their towels to clean the floor. The towels turned black. Every time my dog would jump on the bed, on the white sheets they would leave black marks. The cubby holes where the towels go, were caked in dirt. I used one washcloth. That was after I cleaned it with soap and water. I wouldn’t even take a shower! I left a note for the maid telling her to do better. She’s lucky I didn’t tell her boss about it. I will never stay there again."
