"This property is in a very good location in Windsor. It is right on the waterfront (great for walking and watching the ships) and very close to downtown. There is lots of parking (in the garage across the street) and the staff are consistently pleasant, professional and helpful. Some of the rooms could use some updates, especially the bathrooms but it is cleaned and well maintained."

"The staff were wonderful and helpful. I was a single traveller, female, and never felt unsafe or without help. The restaurant at the hotel is also great. I highly recommend the jerk chicken. Clean, nice hotel, close to McMaster if that's what you're after (I was) and good value. I didn't use the pool, nor the hot tub, but they looked great. The hotel is a bit dated (could use new furniture in the lobby) but it was otherwise great."

"Rooms are fine. Location is great. The Port House is a nice bar and restaurant on the water. If you want something different there are a lot of places with a 5 minutes. The staff has always been courteous and helpful when we've stayed there."
