The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour
Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍
The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty .
The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained.
Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area !

“The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”
“This B&B was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, we stayed in the Nelson. Pillows and bed were very good. Cute little pub next door was a nice touch. ”

Always a warm welcome from the owner and you couldn’t find a more beautiful setting to wake up.Deer often walking around the grounds in the early morning when you open the curtains of your perfectly decorated room.”
“Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. ”
“The property was great, good parking, easy check in and very clean. My only complaint was the fact there is no mirror in the main room where the dressing table area is so when getting ready and straightening my hair and doing make up it wasn’t convenient with only a mirror in the bathroom. But it wouldn’t stop me coming back. The pub next door was amazing food and atmosphere and the staff where very very good. Would return. “Fabulous property. Gorgeous decor. Loved the big sofas to relax in. Liked the art work on the walls. Great to have magazines to read with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits/ cake.Very good breakfast.

“So pet friendly. Would def try for the garden rooms as steep stairs to the pet friendly room above the pub but we booked late and only stayed one night so wasn’t an issue. Staff are always so friendly , atmosphere is great and good delicious. Def one of our favourites ”

“Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi.
Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.”
