โNice lodge in the mountains, surrounded by birds and trees, but close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore estate. Owner Randy is a kind, friendly and knowledgeable host with a lovely staff. Very quiet and relaxing, full breakfast included. Weโll be back!โ
โThe Hotel itself was great the booking experience was horrible I was charged for 3 nights and was only there 2. A mistake was made and I was booked in 2 hotels the same day and Expedia and hotel would not help me CHANGE not get a refund on the bookings I had. Any one should have seen the booking for 2 rooms same day 2 different addresses no help at all with fixing โ
โMy family was there for a combined family reunion and my sisterโs celebration of life. I had a presentation a slideshow on my computer and forgot a cord to finish up before the day. The receptionist at check in provided the cord I needed to finish up. The staff was very polite and helpful for all of us. We had our rooms together which was kind and one large room so we could gather the first night.โ
โIt was clean, there was parking for a trailer, everyone was friendly. We arrived early and our room as available so we were able yo check in early.

โWe really enjoyed our stay at the Village Hotel. The location in the Biltmore Estate was very convenient. We enjoyed being in the center of the Antler Hill Village area, we could walk to many restaurants and shops.โ
โWe were met by a cheerful desk person who checked us in quickly and pointed out need to know info. Our room was spacious and clean with nice touches like a rose shaped wash cloth and flower shaped Kleenex in the box. Bed was comfortable and loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Hotel was extremely quiet and great location. โ
โThe staff is excellent, the rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean, and the location is perfect! Itโs a little hidden gem, especially for the price. Couldnโt be happier with my stay!!โ
โThe bathroom facilities were impeccable with nothing wanting. The bed was most comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast menu was excellent especially the buffet. The buffet we ate both days. The efficiency and professionalism of all the staff could not have been better.โ
