“I’d go back every month if I had the time.”

“Check-in time is at 4:00 pm but apparently means absolutely nothing. Our room was not ready at the check-in time. We waited 20 minutes, checked with the front desk a 2nd time, and the room still was not ready and was told that “hopefully we’ll get an update soon.” We requested that they call us when the room does become ready. In the meantime, we decided to walk the path around the lake, which took about 1.5 hours, expecting to receive a call before getting back. Upon arriving back to the hotel...
