Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. "The room was clean and comfortable. While there is no air conditioning, the fan cools the room down nicely after a little while. The shower area is a bit narrow, but still acceptable. My family of 6 experienced exceptional dinner and breakfast service from Hridoy, the restaurant waiter. There are also great amenities and activities for both adults and kids. I will definitely be returning next time when I’m back at Cameron Highlands."
